We are a marketplace designed to bring Property Owners in Holiday destinations and people who seek such accommodation together. We help property owners list their properties so that people seeking such properties may choose and book them from the wide choices available.

No. We don’t own any properties we list on our website. We merely act as booking agents for the property owners.

Once you have shortlisted a property or seek something similar, give us a call on +91 9967 223606, drop us an email or fill the enquiry form on the website and one of our Vacation Experts will get back to you and help you choose your accommodation best suited to your needs.

Once you have finalized the property, our Vacation Expert will mail you the tariff and other details about the property with our bank details. On receipt of payment in the bank, we will send you the confirmation voucher along with the details of the contact person in charge of the property who will receive you at the property.

Unless specifically mentioned in the listing, taxes may be extra as applicable. Our Vacation Expert will explain all the charges at the time of confirming the booking.

Yes you can cancel a confirmed booking but a Cancellation Charge will apply. Pls refer to the Cancellation Policy mentioned on the website.

We only list entire place and not sharing accommodation. But some properties may have a common lobby and other amenities while the accommodation area is separate. Pls refer to individual listing for all details.

Rates are as mentioned in the listing. Prices are dependent on the number of visitors and may vary from property to property.

Unless specifically mentioned in a listing, pets may not be allowed at all the properties. Pets may be charged separately at select properties and/or you may require to pay a security deposit for your pet to cover any loss / damage to the property.

Some properties may require a security deposit to cover any damages (if any) during your stay. All such charges (if applicable) will be explained in detail by our Vacation Expert when confirming your booking. If charged the security deposit will be refunded to you 15 days after your checkout after deducting any charges (if applicable).

Unless specifically specified, properties may be difficult to access by the physically challenged. Pls refer to the listing or confirm with our Vacation Expert.

Late Check-out may be possible if requested in advance and charges may apply as applicable. Pls confirm with our Vacation Expert before confirming the booking.

Every visitor must carry a valid government approved photo identification document with him/her at the time of checkin. This is required as per government guidelines. Foreign nationals must show passport and visa details at the time of checkin.

You can deposit cash in the bank whose details will be shared with you by our Vacation Expert at the time of booking.

At the moment we are not accepting payments by credit card. But we are working on this and soon we will begin accepting payments by credit card. Check with our Vacation Expert at the time of the booking. Addition charges may apply for Credit Card Payments.

This is dependent on each listing. Some properties may offer food arrangements at an additional cost. Please check with our vacation expert when you are booking.

We do not arrange for transportation.

Cancellation charges vary depending on the experience provider, time of year (season time and off-season time), and time of cancellation. To know the cancellation charges for an experience, please check the experience's booking policy mentioned on the page while making the booking.

It is difficult to make changes to your booking once it is completed. However, we will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. If you need to make changes to a booking, please contact our customer support on +91 9967 223606.

Please call our customer support on +91 9967 223606 for cancellations. Only those cancellation requests that are made on the phone to our customer support team shall be accepted. Do note that shall not be liable to accept any cancellation requests made directly to the Property Owner or through any other medium, including but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

If you do not check in at the Property, it will be considered as a ‘no-show’ and you’ll be charged the entire amount. You will not be entitled to a refund in such cases.

It varies from Property to Property. Please go through the booking policy mentioned on the Property page or check with our Vacation Expert while making the booking.

We take up to 15 working days to process refunds for cancelled bookings. Please note that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your bank account. A onetime handling fee may be applicable on all refunds. Our Vacation Expert will inform you of the charges at the time of cancellation.

We will credit refund amount back to the same account you used for making the booking. For example, if you have used net banking, we will credit the money (minus cancellation charges and service charges, One Time Handling Fees, etc. if any) to your bank account. Our Vacation Expert will confirm your Bank Details at the time of cancellation.

If you wish to increase or reduce the number of people in your already completed booking, contact our customer care on phone with your booking ID. Note that cancellation charges may apply for reducing number of people. Increase of persons subject to total number of people that can avail accommodation at the particular property.

We hope this never happens. However, if it does, we will try our best to get you accommodated in a similar property nearby or the same property on the next available date after taking into account your convenience. Otherwise, we will provide you a full refund.

All the facilities mentioned on the Property page are included in the price. The price also includes applicable taxes (as applicable). The Property Page Tariff section will have the entire list of ‘Inclusions and Exclusions’ in the price.

We have taken care to provide all the information that would be essential for you to make the decision. But if you have a specific question that is not addressed, you can use Ask our Vacation Expert at the time of the booking.

The details such as contact number, e-mail ID, address and other important details will be mentioned on the booking voucher.

This means the rate is for one person but the accommodation is on twin-sharing basis, i.e., 2 people will be sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates. Minimum and maximum people allowed at a Property are mentioned on the Property page. is a marketplace, wherein the Property owner decides the price of the Properties. The price charged depends on many factors such as time of the year, availability, seasonality, and business cycle

Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and during festivals. Seasonality, business cycle, and availability also may affect the rate/price of the Property. Similarly the rates for Weekdays will be different from Weekends.

Yes. You can make bookings as a group. When you book for others, you will become the ‘Group Leader’ for that booking. You will have to make the payment on behalf of others in the group. For larger group sizes, please call us on +91 9967 223606 so that we can help you get special rates.

Unless explicitly mentioned on the Property page, you can definitely bring your children along. However, there are several Properties for which there would be age restriction and there are several Properties where you may have to pay extra charges depending on the age of your child.

The Property Owner / Manager whose name, contact details were shared with you in your Booking Confirmation Voucher is your first point of contact in case of any issues during your stay. In case you are not able to get through or that person is unable to solve your issue then please call us at +91 9967 223606 (Monday–Saturday, 10a.m.¬–6 p.m.) Our Vacation Expert will try his best to assist you.

If you have tried contacting the Property Owner using the contact information provided in your booking voucher, please contact us and we will help you reach the relevant person.

At present, we do not request for a liability waiver. Booking Properties on should be done at your own discretion and risk, as we cannot take responsibility for what happens at any given Property. However, we will try to provide help wherever and whenever we can. So if you have any questions about booking Property, you should contact us immediately at support.

When you provide your telephone/mobile number, you are assuring us that you are a real and responsible person. Moreover, you're likely to have a better experience at Only the Property Owner / Manager / Contact Person of the Property you've booked can see your telephone / Mobile number. Also, it's always good to be reachable in case of unforeseen circumstances. We will be able to inform you of any changes to your booking. We will not use your phone number in any other way than to send you confirmation messages or to contact you if and when required. You can be rest assured that we will never share your contact information with any third party, without your consent.

All pricing details are included on the listing at the time of booking. Since you have paid the entire amount mentioned on our website, you do not have to pay anything extra. However, if you avail of services over and above what is mentioned in your booking voucher, you will have to pay the required amount directly to the Property Owner. But please note that will not be responsible for services and transactions beyond what is mentioned in the voucher.
